• Take three breaths, expanding your chest.
• Whisper your name to the sky above me.
3. Seal the Sky
   
• Light the candle and hold it at heart height.
• Say:
  “She Who Lifts the Sky,
  I welcome you home.
  May your upward breath and mine
  be one horizon.”
4. Anchor the Bond
   
• Let the candle burn until you feel the room grow soft.
